In 2015, a ruptured spinal disc changed everything. Recovery meant slowing down, moving mindfully, and prioritizing low-impact exercise. Walking became the anchor—but life as a busy mom and professional demanded convenience. The search for a treadmill that was supportive, stylish, and sustainable led to a revelation: most fitness equipment felt cold, clunky, and uninspired. That needed to change.
